Don't forget you will need to be <a href="http://www.openxtips.com/2009/11/tip-35-managing-users-and-the-administrator-and-manager-accounts/" rel="nofollow">acting as the Administrator account</a> to be able to access the <em>Configuration</em> menu! You can find the banner cache value setting under Configuration > Global Settings > Banner Delivery Settings > Banner Delivery Cache Settings. Don’t forget you will need to be acting as the Administrator account to be able to access the Configuration menu!
